Definition of Services

This is a definition of Blue Fire Group's web site services as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

POWER and PREMIUM sites both come with a full deployment of My Buying Buddy and the Lead Control Hub.

POWER sites have either AGENT or PERFORMER packs of My Buying Buddy. PREMIUM sites may have AGENT, PERFROMER or TEAMpack My Buying Buddy solutions. For details of each My Buying Buddy service click here.

My Buying Buddy is a sophistcated self service tool for consumers. It is a powerful lead generation mechanism for Realtors

The Lead Control Hub is a highly advanced lead management and CRM system for Realtors which integrates the MLS data, with your lead data and provides full automated drip campaigns, automated email alerts, CRM functions and much more.

POWER site

Design

When you choose a template you are agreeing to the color scheme and layout of that template.

Generic graphics or ICONS in the FLASH (moving bit) of the design cannot be changed, however the specific images can be changed. For example if the header or FLASH is a icon of a house, then this cannot be changed. If it is a picture of a style of house or mountains for example, then we would change this as this may not represent your market.

Content

Every POWER site comes with the following standard pages and content:

  • Standard Design (pick from our gallery)
  • Home page (text can be changed which includes a Quick Search form)
  • Search page (powered by My Buying Buddy)
  • Featured Listings (powered by My Buying Buddy - if you have the PERFORMER pack)
  • Dream Home inquiry generation Form (powered by My Buying Buddy)
  • Registration Page - for registering to use My Buying Buddy
  • Login page to allow returning users to log back in to their account
  • How To Buy section - approximately 10 pages of content and details explaining how to buy a home
  • Sell Your Home - approximately 10 pages of content and details explaining how to buy a home
  • Mortgage Calculator in both mortgage section and as part of any Property details display
  • Neighborhood / Area Links page - we need you to supply links
  • About page - you supply text and content for this page
  • Contact form
  • My Buying Buddy- Agent or Performer Pack.

We require the following information from you:

  • Your site URL (domain name, which you need to purchase)
  • Your Contact Information and Company name
  • Your BIO or any text you want to have the 'About me' page
  • Your Slogan or Motto
  • Your images - Logo, picture of you and any other images you want to have in the site.
  • Welcoming text for the home page
  • Any specific Links you want for the Neighborhood Links / Local Area Links page

Changing the images in the Header and FLASH headers

We will change the images in the headers to reflect your market and focus. You must supply these images to us.

Customization Options

The following are all examples of Customization Options for which we will charge an hourly rate.

  • Looking for and Identifying new graphics and images for any part of your site
  • Replacing the entire graphical header of your website (not just replacing images in the header)
  • Changing Color Schemes
  • Adding or changing main menu items
  • Replacing sections (ie replacing HOW TO BUY with a totally different page)
  • Adding new pages
  • Laying out or designing pages differently
  • Creation of additional FLASH, animations or specialized or custom graphics

Hosting and Email Accounts

Each POWER site offers up to 5 Forwarding email addresses. If you want POP accounts then these can be created for an additional monthly fee. A POP account allows for WEBMAIL and POP access. 10MB is allocated to each account.

We recommend that if you need a POP account, that you purchase a specialist email hosting account from a third party.

You are required to use your own SMTP server for outgoing mail.

Additional Hosting services include:

  • Hosting of your web site
  • On-going technical maintenance/support and error resolution
  • Access to and use of Blue Fire Group ’s WebAdmin tool to allow clients to update their own page contents.

 

PREMIUM site

Design

We will create a custom designed site according to your specifications.

You will need to provide us with a starting point of what you are looking for, what you like and what you dislike.

Our design process will provide you with an initial design concept and from this we will iterate designs until we are meeting your needs. You must be prepared to provide us with constructive feedback so that we can make this process work for you. Typically this process takes 4-6 weeks.

Content

We will create a menu system and web site structure to meet your needs based upon our standard menu and content structure. We will work with you to identify the pages and content that is required for your site in addition to the standard content we will provide coming from My Buying Buddy and our standard boiler plate.

The Buying Buddy service can be the Agent, Performer or TEAMpack service.

Our service includes a extra content pages - a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 45 distinct web pages in your site - where we define a page as a 1000 pixels high web page. Typically this easily meets most clients needs.

You must provide additional content to us as we are not knowledgeable in your market. However, every PREMIUM site comes with the option of including the standard boiler plate content from POWER sites.

We require the following information from you:

  • Your site URL (domain name, which you need to purchase)
  • All the content (text, images, logos, graphics, links) you want us to include in your site

Exceptions

Please note that the creation of any FLASH or animations, as well as the creation of specialized/custom graphics as content in your site is not included in our standard service. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for additional work like this.

Content Maintenance

If this service is ordered, we will provide Content Maintenance for your site. This gives you up to 1 hour of content maintenance per month for the agreed monthly fee. Services do not accumulate if not used.

Content Maintenance services will allow you to pick up the phone whenever you like and get our assistance in making changes or revisions to your site.

WEBADMIN Site Management Tool

The WebAdmin tool is a secure web administration area which provides the following functions:

  • Ability to EDIT and CHANGE text and images on web pages in your website, where these pages have been enabled.
  • An ability to recover from mistakes by reverting Web Pages to a previous version
  • Ability to Edit and Change TITLE, META KEYWORDS and META DESCRITPTION tags for each page where these pages have been enabled
  • Ability to review Web Site Statistics which will show you details of traffic on your web site
  • Ability to manage your email forwarding accounts

Limitations: The Web Admin tool will give you full editing capability of page sections that are enabled. However, we do not recommend using the WebAdmin Tool for advanced editing functions which include:

  • Managing page layout and design
  • Layout of multiple graphics and images unless you have a little knowledge of HTML

PLEASE NOTE: Bluefire Marketing will charge hourly rates to fix problems caused by code and content changes made by the Client.
This specifically applies to changes made by the Client using products like Microsoft FRONTPAGE.

Payment Schedules

POWER SITES: Full payment is due immediately.

PREMIUM SITES: A deposit will be due immediately. Payment by installments may be agreed for the balance.
