ABOUT CHARLIE...

Choosing the right realtor is very important to the successful sale or purchase of your home.

I respect your choice.

These are the things I would like you to know about me.

I first got my real estate license in 1976.  I love being an active member of the community. I have participated in Meals on Wheels, Boy Scouts of America, Boulder Humane Society, Thistle Community Housing, Intercambio Comunidades, Colorado Mountain Club.

I write articles regarding real estate issues for the Boulder Daily Camera, and the Realtor Review, a professional publication. I am also a volunteer naturalist for Boulder County Parks and Open Space.  I am an avid runner, love biking, hiking, travel and living in Colorado.

I moved to Boulder in 1973, so I have obviously seen a lot of changes in our wonderful community.  But as much as the Boulder area has changed, it’s still the best place to live!

My Midwestern background has given me a very strong work ethic which I will put to use for your benefit.  I have a BA in Sociology and History from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and earned a graduate teaching certificate in Secondary Social Studies Education. I have taught Real Estate Law and Practice, courses that are required for licensing.

While I have experience in many areas of the real estate field, I specialize in residential sales and am a GRI and CRS candidate.
